Liverpool fans have voted overwhelming in favour of signing Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves this summer.
The Reds, who have just booked their place in the UEFA Champions League final, are set for an exciting summer of transfer business as Jurgen Klopp looks to build a side capable of challenging consistently for the English Premier League title.
Part of that strategy will be signing established talent, but it’ll also be important to do deals for young players that can develop under Klopp and emerge as continental-class stars.
One such young player could be 21-year-old Ruben Neves, who has been linked with a move to Anfield as recently as last month.
Rated at £13.5m by Transfermarkt, he’s well within reach of the Champions League finalists.
With just a handful of games remaining of the season and Wolves finished for 2017/18, we asked supporters earlier this week whether the Reds should make their move.
87% of respondents voted in favour of such a transfer, with supporters clearly impressed with his stand-out campaign in the Championship this term.
