Sancho and Ten Hag have infamously clashed in the past and the former has struggled to make an impression so far this season. He came on as a substitute against Manchester City in the Community Shield but has not played a minute of Premier League football thus far.
WHAT TEN HAG SAID
Ten Hag said: “As far as I know, I expect him to stay, yeah. We are happy with him. We need a good squad. We have to play many games until January. After the break we play every third day so we need options."
