Ederson could only watch as Kenny McLean slammed a header past him at his near post, but had he taken up a better starting position the effort may well have been straight at him, and that blunder was the spark that lit the Norwich fireworks display.
With Alisson out of action with a calf injury and therefore out of the limelight, Liverpool fans have seized the opportunity to bash their rivals’ number one, hoping this puts the debate for best Brazilian shot-stopper in the Premier League to bed.
